We Never See Your Card
Card details go directly to the payment processor. TITEVORA does not store your full card number.
Fraud Screening
Orders are automatically screened to protect both you and the store.
Order Verification
Occasionally an order is flagged for manual review — for example, when billing and shipping addresses differ significantly. If that happens, we may email you to confirm details before shipping. This protects cardholders and rarely delays an order by more than one business day.
Billing Questions
Charges appear on your statement from our store. If you see a charge you don't recognize, or you were charged but received no confirmation email, contact us at service@titevora.shop with the charge amount and date, and we will resolve it promptly.
